Ok... the wait was a bit long for my order. Staff was nice.

Great Tim Hortons. Very nice. The cashier made a mistake but quickly was able to have it fixed. A+ for that. Croissant was grilled and the coffee was good.

Worst customer service ever. The staff made a mistake in my order, and the manager didn't want to rectify their mistake. She was very rude and disrespectful. If you wanna save yourself some trouble, don't go there.
