This Timmie's is one of the slowest I have been to. Up to the point where I don't stop there anymore during the day even when it's the only one on my way to work. I, most of the time, only order a single coffee (not a specialty product) and I have to wait for long minutes to get it, which is unacceptable for what is supposed to be a coffee shop. I do not know the reason behind the recurrent performance problem, be it staff numbers, kitchen layout, the complexity and size of orders made by the customers specific to this location or mere bad luck on my part. But all in all, they don't serve me coffee anymore. Management, please do something. I am not the only one complaining about this. Regards.
