The staff here is very rude and unhelpful. The phillipine lady that took the order was really rude and unhelpful. She refused to make any customization to the order and said that we dont do any changes in the menu items. I have had same orders made from other tim hortons plenty of times. So i had to change my whole order and even after changing it she still made our order wrong and i had to ask then to redo it.
This is my Fifth time visiting and my review applies to every and each visit. It takes way too long to get your order. The staff are not friendly. It seems they are short-staffed and overworked. Sandwiches and bagels are not made right and are poorly packed. They hand over the order to you while looking the other way, you have to aim right to grab it and hope the coffee won't spill on you, or hope it does to create a base for a court case . Never going there again.
The staff from phillipine dont know how to talk they dont respect customers and dont give what we want and dont know English as well. This is not how customers get satisfied as a bad service.
HinWe had a bad experience with one of your staff named hardeep... she has alwys been giving rude face to us whenever we came here ..also being rude to kids .. I would be aprreciated if she could do better customer service and respect others.nEverybody could be having a bad day but that should’nt be finished on somebody els..
Every time I have went the past month or 2 they are so slow and sometimes have to wait inside at register for over 15 minutes before they even take your order, they screw up consistently and don't give you what you actually ordered in drive through, even after ordering multiple times have had to stand and wait 15-20 minutes just for them to scoop chili in a bowl and put it in a damn bag, even having to raise your voice a bit just so they remember to give you your food. Their tardiness has caused me to be late for work on my lunch break as I order and have to wait 20 damn minutes for a coffee and donut and I only get 30 mins.
