Staff often walks past while I'm waiting for service and completely ignore me. Staff also never seems as friendly as other reviews suggest. It's more like I'm somehow an inconvenience that has to be dealt with. Being in the customer service industry myself, I can't help but notice how unwelcome they make me feel. The coffee is hit or miss with how fresh it is as well. I wish I could say this was a one time trip, that I may have came on an off day, but after giving it the benefit of the doubt multiple times, I can not recommend this store at all.

I ordered a Caesar salad which consisted of leaf lettuce, mozzarella cheese and croutons. The only thing Caesar about this salad was the dressing.
