I've been using the same refill cup for five years now. Never had a problem. The manager at this store decides to half fill my cup then argues with me when I ask him to fill it up. Last time I will be stopping here.

Every time I have been here it has been bad service. They don’t know the menu at all and can not help you about questions. One time I went there and they were too worried about my friend paying for the more expensive milk, because they charged her for a small milk than they were for taking my order. I waited for 10 minutes and got no sevice so I left. Also my friend ordered grilled cheese with bacon and she did not get bacon.

Thanks to its location next to the highway this Tims is a popular stop on a trip west and not a destination for locals. It's busy and dirty with bathrooms half the size the need to. We often find ourselves here on our way from Sask to AB because donuts and coffee work well for everyone when you need to stretch your legs. Don't sit too close to the washrooms unless you enjoy the smell of stale urine wafting over you each time someone passes through the washroom door. Avoid any "food" that would be out of a place in a bakery. Or better yet, go to any of the many other options in the area and you'll probably have a better day.

The hiway tims was great the new one in swift wrecked my coffee and farmers wrap will never go there again

We have 3 Tim Hortons in Swift so I'm not sure which one this review is for. I've no complaints about any of them except the new one if town by mc donalds BADLY needs a garbage container either before or after the drive through window.
