Tim Hortons

This is one of the only Tim Hortons I get a good iced coffee every time, it’s always a girl that makes it for me in the morning and it always turns out great and not burnt! Plus I find the staff here always kind.

Food is great however if you ask if they have something and they say yes, it should be there when going to the window. I had someone cash out my order, tip them then tell me they don't have what I ordered.

I just find this funny, not mad. I went through the drive through and got the wrong coffee, so I went inside and specified that I asked for no sugar. She confirmed several times what I wanted and when she came back with the coffee she said that I could taste it to make sure it was okay and I said no don't worry I trust you. I get in my car and it still had liquid sugar in it. I didn't have it in me to go back in.

Service was great and the cheesecake donut was awesome. Unfortunately, the dining room was quite loud tonight due to a large group that was there.

During the day, one will find good coffee. It says it's open 24 hours, but I've been there more than 5 times in the last year and it's still locked, and the drive-through is also closed. This used to be one of my favorite coffee shops, but it is no longer.nAs a result of my suggestion, they have now adjusted the timings. Thanks to #GoogleMaps
