Friendly staff who are quick to get you your order weither in-store or drive thur

Purchased a travel mug for work and was not told the came with a free fill. 
Got to work and found the free coffee certificate INSIDE the mug.
Explained at the location I bought it that I was not told, and that my mug is at work and will remain there.
Response:
Too bad. You need the mug.
I gave back the certificate since I will never get it.

This Tim's is friendly! And it has been recently renovated, so it looks very nice on the inside.

I am not a coffee drinker but I do love hot chocolate.  I love it with cream and this Tim Horton's serves the best!!!  I will go out of my way (40 mns) to go to this Tim's to get my hot chocolate with cream.  They are always friendly and nice.  Thank you Tim's on Lansdowne!!!  You have great staff!
