McDonald's

Ordered two egg mcmuffins and neither of them had any ham on them. Just cheese and egg. My mother burger was cold and not cooked. My boyfriend's Angus burger had two top buns only for burger buns. 😂 Asked for refund and new food for free after waiting 30 minutes and they refused. Great customer service.

Very slow, specialty orders always prepared incorrectly to the point it feels vindictive(does mustard really sound so similar to mayonnaise), prices are what you expect from normal fast food, only it's not.. It's McDonalds which is so much lower in taste and quality... Just avoid this place, unless you like bad food, poor service, noisy atmosphere, and long delays between ordering and receiving your food, in that regard this place is great!

Normally this place isn't to bad, maybe a little bit of a wait but the staff is always nice and my specialty order has never been wrong. However, today as I was waiting for my order I watched a worker put half of a hash brown into a sleeve and when her co-worker confronted her about it she yelled at her "I don't have time to make another hash brown." This was not my order but I hope the person who got half a hash brown made a fuss because that woman was very rude to yell at her co-worker like that.

Very pleased with the promote and friendly customer service! Our order was taken quickly, all customization to our choices was made to our satisfaction. We forgot to ask for table delivery and were told 'No problem!, I'll find you when your order is ready! Shortly, are meals arrived, all hot and complete! Even a large smile for us!

It's fast food. Service could be a bit better. One cash open isn't enough.
