Stopped in on a quiet morning and service was prompt, friendly and food was good. Store was clean. Large parking lot.
This restaurant doesn’t even deserve one star. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and openly arguing among themselves while customers were waiting. I was treated disrespectfully while simply waiting for my order, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. There was no sense of customer service at all, and the attitude from the staff made it feel like customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. On top of that, the food was cold and tasteless, showing a complete lack of care and quality control. Customers pay for their food and deserve basic respect. Management clearly needs to step in and properly train their staff on professionalism and how to treat customers. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I will never return to this location.
Worst drive thru ever, told us they will get our order in 5 min, no one respond for 10 min. Pull up to the window, knock at the window so many times, the employee looked at us but never responded. 5 min later, they told us they closed early. But they never put a sign or anything, there was still a long line after us unknowing the store is closed. The service is absolutely terrible
got the wrong order the first time, and even after they said they would fix it, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for 3 items. Really disappointing and definitely the worst experience I’ve had here. They need to improve both accuracy and speed.
Incredible service and food. The staff were very pleasant and made our visit fantastic even though the restaurant was busy. Will be back every time we are making our way through Nanton.
