Terrible service, openly swearing in front of customers. Unacceptable tone when speaking with customers. Literally say to the person in front of me that they could care less about keeping this job. Do yourself a favour and either cut staff, rehire and cut existing staffs hours or existing retrain staff. These comments will be passed along the corporate hierarchy with the expectation of immediate action. Truely a poor representation of Tim Hortons customer service standards.

At this place people are so good not just in service, they cordially tell you directions if you are lost! ! They help you a lot! !

Glad these people are now making $14/hour. Got my bagel wrong, got my coffee wrong, and if I hadn't reminded them, they would have forgotten about my muffin. Sooo worth the money for that kind of service.

Just bought 2 Medium Double Double Coffees along with a Strawberry Cheesecake Muffin. One Word : Disgusting. Tasted like Duncan Heins boxed cake mix along with the smallest dash of Boston Cream filling. This by no means was Cheesecake filling. Stay away from that one. Ugh !!
