Service is always good, so is the food but your chicken wraps are terrible, I would take them off the menu!

I have worked as a customer service manager for 30 odd years.  If the 2 older women,  manager Gale(?) and her assistant manager name unknown, worked for me.....they would not be!  I have been going there for years as no other viable option exists, purly based on the terrible customer service they have my preference is else where or other location!   I could give you examples but come on.  If i am taking the time...because you asked....this is something I have never done before.  And probibly not again.  Anyhoo lets just say I greatly enjoy a Timmie's but truly not many full time happy campers, which I suppose is a hazard of your industry!

I went here today I picked up a simple 10 pack of Timbits paid with dimes waiting for our change the cashier walked away from the window we waited there for a few minutes until she came back she opened the window and instead of asking can I help you all I got was a what asked for change again and she very rudely said why did you pay in dimes then and when I asked why she was so rude she laughed at us then I called the manager and all she said was oh that's not good I'll talk to her like you have the worst customer service I have had at any fast food joint that includes mcdonalds like

For convenience, this place is great. Way too much traffic in the morning, don't recommend going before 10 am. The drive through usually smells awful. The staff are mostly very friendly. It's just a very busy spot most of the time, but it's the only one in the area.
