Tim Hortons

The worst Tim I ever had! Is there a quantity difference between Ontario and Quebec, I ordered rice bowl and the quantity was very less. When asked the employees were sarcastic, lecturing about spoon size and saying you will get more in Ontario and here we only serve this much. The funny part is I ordered cilantro lime slow cooked version and I got buffalo ranch .I know its hard to work in service sector but there is a minimum standard and way in handling customers.

This is by far the most disgusting Tim Hortons I have ever frequented in Canada. The place was absolutely filthy. I was so disgusted, my stomach turned and I couldn't eat anything. The bathrooms and the main dining area were both filthy. Don't stop here - go to the next one!

Just came back from a long trip, visited Vancouver and all the other provinces during the long trip, visited a lot of Tim Hortons. This was the worst one ever. No offense but this one has the worst customer service at the cashier, dirtiest washroom, and the most important thing is the kitchen part where they make coffee was disgusting. Why they don’t clean it? Sorry but this place must be closed, either by the city government or the Tim Hortons headquarters.

After crossing 5 provinces in 6 weeks and visiting many Tim Hortons along the way, this was by far the worst I have ever been to.Service was horrible, ladies washroom was out of order and the place was dirty. I waited at least 15 mins for a couple of breakfast sandwiches which never got ordered but I paid for. I finally asked for my money back. Even the coffee was undrinkable.Threw it out. Do not stop there if you are travelling. Wait a bit and hit another
