Work midnights, and the new midnight shift employee is amazing! Always happy always fast and always polite! Shes great and should be applauded!

A welcoming coffee shop among the Tim Hortons Franchise. The staff are friendly, yet professional in serving their customers. They maintain cleanliness during peak hours. This Tim Hortons location is respectful in their encounters with good customers and knows how to handle proper complaints. The food is made properly and is in the proper designated location for safe food handling. A location suitable for ordering a cup of coffee and/or meal on the go.nnFrank G-M

i used this washroom and let me tell you, such a spotless bathroom, by far the cleanest bathroom i have used at a tim hortons. i spoke to possibly THE nicest woman ever. her name is donna and i can tell she keeps things in order. donna, you are wonderful, keep up the good work!!!

I like this Tim Horton's very much. I dont normally but Tim's stuff but I had to go a few times to buy for someone else and they are polite and give good service. Their donuts are super super fresh...almost like what it used to be in the 1980s.

Terrible experience at Tim Hortons last night. I went in to order a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and was first told the machine was being cleaned at 3 a.m. and I should wait about 30 minutes. I actually waited, and then after all that, they told me they wouldn’t be making it at all because they stop at 3 every day.nnThis is completely ridiculous. Why tell a customer to wait if you already know you’re not going to serve food after 3? Total waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. If that’s the policy, it should be clear upfront instead of misleading people.
