Tim Hortons

Waited in drive thru for at least 20 minutes to get a bagel with only half having cream cheese. Tim hortons is a joke, might as well make breakfast at home or go to literally any other fast food place for breakfast.

I frequently visit this Tim Hortons drive-thru around 10 PM, and the difference in customer service between staff members is night and day. There’s a young Indian girl who regularly works during that time and provides shockingly poor service—no smile, no greeting, and not even a basic “have a nice day” or “good night.” Her attitude is consistently cold and unprofessional. It’s disappointing and reflects badly on the brand.nnOn the other hand, there’s a tall white gentleman with glasses who occasionally works the same shift, and he is outstanding. He’s polite, warm, and always goes above and beyond. He makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.nnManagement should seriously evaluate the consistency of their customer service. One employee is setting the bar high, while the other brings the entire experience down.

Amazing place to eat! New look, concept and very clean! I normally never go to Tim’s as I don't like their coffee and find it bitter! However I’ve moved close to this restaurant and needed a quick meal! The ManagerI believe is Donnie and has personality +++ which is hard to find at Tim’s as I find the staff seem to always be stressed and in a bad mood or young staff who have really bad communication skills! I’ve been back a few times due to the service and cleanliness! Their washrooms are very clean which is rare in a Tim’s! They are very busy during the day however so be patient!

A welcoming coffee shop among the Tim Hortons Franchise. The staff are friendly, yet professional in serving their customers. They maintain cleanliness during peak hours. This Tim Hortons location is respectful in their encounters with good customers and knows how to handle proper complaints. The food is made properly and is in the proper designated location for safe food handling. A location suitable for ordering a cup of coffee and/or meal on the go.nnFrank G-M

Been using this location for as long as i can remember. Although they could stir their morning coffees a little more sometimes, I've found this to be the best Tim Hortons location around. 5-stars to the Park Ave staff team!
