Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons employees are always rushing customers in the drive thru … treated very rudely. I purchased two Nutella croissants, one was way smaller than the other and both hardly had any filling, and the filling was not Nutella. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I ordered a bagel with cheese but was surprised that there was no cheese inside and it was not a delicious meal. I will not repeat the experience or the food at Tim Hortons.

I went to get coffee and 10 Timbits for a late breakfast today. The service was slow, which I usually don’t mind, but the worst part was finding a hair in my food. After finishing my fifth Timbit, I discovered a hair in my mouth that clearly wasn’t mine. As a well-known chain of restaurants, you're expected to maintain food safety and handling procedures, but this incident suggests those standards were not upheld.

I don't know why I even try anymore at this location. Their machines are continuously broken. Hit or miss each time if I am going to be able to purchase a Cafe Mocha as their hot chocolate machine is always broken. Today was the worst though - told through drive through that could not process an order or payment through the window machines and to come inside. So I did only to be told the machine is broken AGAIN! When are you going to get a new machine. Actually, does not matter, I will not even try anymore. Coffee only lovers, you should be okay.

Very disappointed with your service, just right now I bought coffee and chai tea from your place, I ordered 3 small chai tea with 1 milk and no sugar and three four coffee, coffee order is fine but chai tea they gave me medium size with sugar in it, and I bought this chai tea for my bosses and I really felt ashamed there because three of them are diabetic, and they got sugar in tea. Please check my order,it’s around 10:15am , 19th December. I wanted to come back but my break was over. It’s very serious matter actually. Pls check with your employees
