This local treasure serves some of the best Chinese food I've had anywhere in the GTA - and I have tried them all. Authentic flavours with a flair for the dramatic. Service is excellent - even on a busy night - and the attention to detail is present throughout. Great atmosphere. Service and accommodation for large groups and parties is fantastic. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice dinner! The food was great. Wait staff were generally good and mostly courteous.

The setting is a bit over-the-top, with traditional Tujia costumes and the elaborate dining sets and décor. Makes the place feel too touristy and inauthentic. But the food itself is very good, and service is attentive and friendly. There's no real theme to the menu; Cantonese dishes are listed alongside Northern-Chinese ones, as well as many Americanized "Asian" dishes. The house specialty--king prawns--is definitely worth trying for any seafood lover. Many dishes are available in a gluten-free option, for an extra cost. The dining area is divided into several sections, but the place still doesn't really feel cozy. Beer selection covers the basics - a handful of domestics and three imports, and the bar seems well stocked. Prices are in line with similar places. Plaza parking is ample, but existing back to Dundas or the 407 is tricky.
