I’m getting real sick of coming here, getting a bagel and driving to work only to find out it looks like this. I worked at Tim’s myself and it’s so disappointing to see that no gives a crap. Whoever is on sandwich station needs to be held accountable for this BS or train your staff right!

Not like the far Timmie's in KL! MESSY n don't listen.. definitely never going bk to that one ! They don't know how to make mango creamy chills ..nor have much selection of goodies! Not impressed i will stick to the other Tim's ...when it is done getting fixed up !!

Good food, friendly staff, but an incredible number of flies. I've seen ripped buns under a table, so the customers are a bit messy. The staff cleans the restaurant fine, but the flies are ignored.

The parking lot is AWFUL here you really need to fix the major potholes everywhere ! The decalf coffee tasted really old .My additional feedback on your reply would be ..FIX THE HUGE POT HOLES FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS, SO THEY CAN SAFELY ENTER THE DRIVE THRU !!!!!

Update for 2024:nnI stopped coming to this location because I was tired of constantly having my coffee made wrong. There are a handful of staff that can actually make a good coffee. The only reason I started coming back was because the West end is closed for a month. The new staff members need to learn how to make a coffee properly. It isn’t hard. I did it once upon a time! I get once in a while the creamer or the sugar might run out…. But almost every day? Do better. People pay enough money for your products. It isn’t even just the coffee! I’ve had my food orders messed up too. By the time you realize it, your already back at work with product you can’t or won’t eat/drink.nn-*-*-*-*-nnI'm getting more and more disappointed with the service at this location. They don't greet you at drive through, and they have a hard time getting an order correct lately. Unfortunately they are all about speed, but speed isn't going to make a customer happy, isn't going to make them want to return, and it sure doesn't make them want to leave a tip when the customer service is lacking, and the food/drinks aren't made right.
