Tim Hortons

Many people are fans and praise the Tim Hortons coffee shop, but I don't understand why at all.nThis was my first visit to this coffee shop and probably my last.nWhen they took our order, it was simply terrible, since we stood for about five minutes and explained what we wanted to order, the employees do not know the language well enough to do their job well.nWe ordered a non-spicy bowl with rice, meat and salad, but it was still spicy. The hot chocolate was generally disgusting and tasteless, as if you were drinking just water. And the donuts, which everyone praises, turned out to be not tasty at all.nThe cafe was dirty, although there weren't many people there. The toilets are also dirty.

Service was very fast and the cheapest meal we had while in Whitehorse, but also the only fast food. Food was definitely worth the price and was still good a few hours into our road trip.

I've lived in Whitehorse my whole life and we have had the same Tim's for decades, it ran well and was a pleasant eatery, that was until they did a new renovation. Since said renovation tim Hortons has become an absolute clown show. The environment is unwelcoming and uncomfortable, sharp angles and sparse seating. The line up area is a mess and mixes with those waiting for orders and tge building is so echo filled and loud now that the workers can't hear anyone's orders at all since the renovation. The kitchen must also be a joke because I've yet to get my order done right a single time since they finished the renovation. The selection of baked goods is a joke now and the entire place has gone to the dogs. It's a shame because it was a staple of the downtown area, now it's an uncomfortable inconvenience at best. Worse decision yet

The order taker today june 22,2024 12:36pm, she is an east Indian lady was very efficient. She made our order a combo instead of ala carte and we saved money. We ordered the same combination last time and cost us more. Thank you.

very modern interior, very friendly service ans very good variety of tim's foods - one of the best tim's i have been at : except the WiFi could be a little bit better ;
