Tim Hortons

Needed a stop from Edmonton to Jasper. This Tim Hortons was busy, inside and drive thru but they were very efficient, great service. The lines kept moving, nice work. Their breakfast sandwich was good, as were the muffins and the latte. Nice stop!

Busy Tim Hortons but in spite of that the service was fast and efficient. My wife and I have been to many Tim Horton’s over the years and have had a good experience most of the times. This visit was a good experience. There was parking available and easy access to the restaurant. I always like the Glazed Sour Cream donut with coffee . The restaurant is on the east end of Edson on the Yellowhead Highway . So it is generally very busy. We did not have to wait to order and we received our order in a short time. The restaurant was clean and well lit. This Tim’s is sharing space with Wendy’s.

As a tourist travelling from Jasper, I feel extremely welcomed by their hospitality and dazzling smile. Once I entered the facility, they greeted me directly. I can feel the good vibe surrounding the building.nnThey were very considerate even though i got a very complicated order. They are very suggestive as well and that made a very smooth transaction. It was a good experience for a fast-food. I am very satisfied with my food and drinks as they give me an amazing service.

I ordered a couple french vanillas and it was not my first time buying it. When i took the sip, the only thing i tasted was water but not the coffee. I asked the staff to check it themselves from there machine but they were so rude about it and just kept saying they cant do the refund or stuff. I strictly told them that i'll pay for the new order but just check it themselves for other customers too. In a nutshell, it was a horrible experience with tim hortons.
