We made a stop at Tim Hortons down the highway when we are traveling to Jasper and the store looks festive with all the decorations they have. As we order, there’s one lady that helped me navigate the app as I wanted to use my offer. She is really patient with me and helped me all the way. I really appreciate her working with so much passion and commitment. Kuddos to the lady, by the way her name is Wendy.

Busy Tim Hortons but in spite of that the service was fast and efficient. My wife and I have been to many Tim Horton’s over the years and have had a good experience most of the times. This visit was a good experience. There was parking available and easy access to the restaurant. I always like the Glazed Sour Cream donut with coffee . The restaurant is on the east end of Edson on the Yellowhead Highway . So it is generally very busy. We did not have to wait to order and we received our order in a short time. The restaurant was clean and well lit. This Tim’s is sharing space with Wendy’s.

Needed a stop from Edmonton to Jasper. This Tim Hortons was busy, inside and drive thru but they were very efficient, great service. The lines kept moving, nice work. Their breakfast sandwich was good, as were the muffins and the latte. Nice stop!

Always a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff are friendly, fast, and consistently get my order right. Shoutout to Gagandeep Singh at the counter .They were especially welcoming and made the morning rush feel easy. Coffee is always fresh, the food is well prepared, and the place is clean and organized. This location really stands out for its customer service. Coffee was hot, donuts were fresh, and the overall vibe was what you’d expect from a good Tim’s. Keep up the good work!
