I ask for veg habenero wrap but they gave chicken habenero. And I order 3-4 days ago same wrap they just put rice , lettuce and sauce. No jalapeño no banana papers . Nothing . I call them no one answer . What kind of service is this. We are pure vegetarian. Today my wife had bite of chicken. She is very religious now she is crying because of you

**EDIT** it's been 10 days since contacting head office and no reply yet. This business needs to do better.nnThis location needs to contact their landlord and fix their paving ASAP! Stopped at the drive through this morning and didn't see the CRATER of a pothole at the end of the drive through due to the rainy conditions. Ended up with an over $400 quote for a new skid guard and emergency stop at the mechanic before being able to leave town.

I’ve come to this Tim Horton many times and every time they mess up my coffee. Daily disappointment is something to except of all Tim’s occasionally, but this one consistently nails that disappointment. I’ve never had a good coffee from this location. The one on the east side of town is better, albeit harder to get to east bound. Staff are always friendly

The drive-thru staff are in such a hurry to push you through the line that they make mistakes on my order almost every time, and that and their latte machine is broken down more than it's not. It's okay to have to wait a couple of minutes to ensure you get it right.
