STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND PATIENT ! - bathrooms smell good but needs to be maintained please. - waiting time inside is max 1 minute in line to order. - cashier is calm and professional - canceled an item last minute and cashier was still nice and calm. - seating area looks pretty neat. - flat screens ( should play sports please ;) - tables and booths available. - clean and comfortable space. - enough free parking. Great work guys !

Everytime i come and get a ice cap..its never consistent. Today is was so watery. What a waste of money. I will for sure make detours to.go.to another tim hortins

They have gotten my order wrong twice in a row. Dunno how a cold cut sandwich becomes a crispy chicken sandwich.

Please educate your employees on listening to there clients before reacting. Walking in with a simple problem that could of been resolved in 30 sec turned into 3 coffee worth of waste, 3 employees just wanting to be right, leaving less satisfied then before walking in and wishing I would of left the coffee there because I ended up not drinking it. I understand the amount of stress someone could go through when in regards to custerner service industries such as Tim Hortons which is a bigger reason to listen before reacting. Thank you
