Disappointed because disgusting….nnFirst off we had to wait at the cashier for a few minutes, but finished a nice employee came to help us… had an issue with the order charged an extra fries for which we had to ask for a refund.nnAll tables are dirty, garbages are full and the worst is the employee more focused on his phone than his actual work… using his phone is a hygiene issue as he never washed his hands between the moment he uses it every second and the moment he handles your food.nnThis is gross.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at the McDonald’s on Anjou Street, Chateauguay. Not all, but some staff members here, particularly those working the weekend night shifts and handling the drive-thru orders, have a goldfish memory. They consistently forget orders, which is incredibly frustrating. On my last visit, they forgot the sauce and the tray. To make matters worse, when they finally gave me the tray with the drinks and the Happy Meal, they completely forgot the three burgers, said bye, and closed the window! I stayed there, and she seemed surprised when she reopened the window. I had to remind her that she forgot my order! She then gave me the burgers. This branch seriously needs to improve its staff training and attention to detail. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Disappointed/ disgusted / i m there at night. With my class 1 truck and i walk to drive thru window i said to guy i want to order food : he told me to go walk between the car line / its too risky to wLk between car line in drive through . I told him take my order i wait for my order but he showed me a attitude and not talk to me nicely

Waited 5 minutes on the right lane of the drive Thru and no one there to take the order. Left lane was fine and pass 4 cars before i decided to leave and go somewhere else. If you dont have enough people to cover two lane, close one.

So I go to St-Remi today and order a number 2 combo and I am clearly told that the price is the same should I choose a coffee or an orange juice. To my surprise they up the price when I order an Orange Juice. The simple fact of making a mistake is not an issue orthe extra 2 dollars difference, its the fact is to give the customer the right price. These slips happen too often. To add the icing on the cake the mistake is done by a trainer. Tells you everything about management. As for the salary its minimum wage and the hours are severly low as per my other review. What a scam and I aint lovin it !
