Not sure about the atmosphere as I don’t ever go inside the store.nBut I can comment on the customer service. Absolutely great!!!!nFirst time in ages that customer service actually speaks English and they are super polite and patient, you don’t feel rushed like most drive throughs.nSpecifically a gentlemen’s that’s always at the window, he is exceptional.nnKeep up the great work!
How is there over 6 staff members and all have no clue on what's going on or what they still have. This location is terribly managed it's embarrassing .... mess up my order 4 times in a row ? And why the heck would u put this much mayo ... disgusting at least the tim hortons on the other side of the road is trained correctly.
Came through the drive through at approximately 1 PM today, Ordered 3 simply sausage sandwiches on english muffin with Chipotle. I was given 2 sandwiches and then I had to turn around and come back for the third.. for them to tell me that they are now out of english muffins, and now I have the option of putting it on a biscuit....Maybe it would have been done properly if they were worried more about doing their jobs and not who's all going to the club with them this weekend.nNow I wasted my money because the biscuit is absolutely nasty.
I literally just bought breakfast here for my whole family Nov 8 at 8:40am. Waited awhile at the drive thru window to get the food. When we opened it up, the bagel was completely burnt. Why would you give a completely burnt bagel. I wish I could get a refund but unfortunately we already drove away.
Amazing staff, great way to start my morning! I have another Tim Hortons close to my house but I get my breakfast from this location as staff are super nice and helpful, service is great, thanks for your morning smiles and great attitude!
