It says on the menu that the chicken and bacon brioche sandwich is supposed to come with cheese and a mustard and stacked high. I ordered it through Uber Eats and this is what I received. It’s missing more than one item and it’s a pretty crappy sandwich for one that is supposed to be stacked high…. This isn’t the first time this location has screwed up.
One of my favourite branches, nice baristas, fast service and clean. The only complaint is there wasn't any toilet paper in the washroom.
I went thru drive thru and this girl I think her name was Liv, I asked her what drink has like less sugar and she gave a great request, it was a pink drink with strawberry foam and less sugar, and it was actually bomb, SO GOOD. She was actually the sweetest person, amazing customer service and looked so happy. So so sweet, she literally deserves a raise, but that little interaction just made my day cause she was so nice, 10/10
I’ve been coming here for years. Saturday April 6th 4:39pm I received the worst service from BEN in the drive through. Over a simple mistake on his end over the size, he decided to give me attitude & poorly talk about me to his coworkers in front of me to hear. He then proceeds to just dump my drink into a bigger cup and slap the sticker on. This is extremely unprofessional and ruins my usual pleasant experience at this store. I really hope they make changes to the roster.nnI usually wouldn’t care over size but I have perfected my coffee order to the right amount of pumps- his attitude towards such a simple resolution is baffling.
Absolutely love this Starbucks. Go there every morning for coffee and always see alex! She is such a light in my life and always makes sure to brighten up my day. Couldn’t imagine having a better barista.
