This was my office for today. This location has an open area with a decent amount of seating. The bench along the wall has outlets for each table - score! The bathroom was clean.nnThe staff were so sweet and efficient! Kudos to Asher and the others who served me today.
They saved my day!!!nnI want to give a HUGE HUGE shoutout to this amazing team, especially one of the staff - Angelina!!! She is the sweetest person - so kind and helpful! nnI accidentally placed my order at the wrong location and they still kindly prepared the drink for me. They noticed I was worried and stressed, they went out of their way to help which meant a lot!nnTruly appreciate their kindness and awesome customer service!nnThis is definitely my favorite store!nnI went back the store later to get more stuff lol…
Everything is good here except it would be amazing if the staff didn’t park in the prime spots at the front door. It’s already a tough enough lot to navigate close to the door. Makes it nearly impossible when all the spots are occupied by staff. At $7+ for a latte it would be nice if I didn’t have to run 200’ through snow and slush to pick it up.
I mobile ordered a peppermint mocha and this is what they gave me?? I didn’t even notice until I got home that it was only half full?
I just spent 40+ minutes walking to this Starbucks and arrived around 4:30. Tell me why, there was a paper that was stuck onto the door saying “Closing soon, drive through still open”. This was a shock to me after I spent 40 minutes walking with the intentions of getting a drink after checking when the store closes and it said 9:30 PM… Very disappointing, I knew I shouldn’t have came back after they messed up my order 3 times although I got a basic drink. Not to mention how there was a teen girl sitting in the Starbucks with her drink, but no one except her is allowed which is not fair. Why would you have the drive through open but not the walk-in especially when on google maps it is listed that this Starbucks with many others closes as 9:30, which is in 5 HOURS not right now. Inappropriate behaviour.
