Thank you for adding extra protein to the breakfast.nnI found a hair in my wrap, which was quite disappointing. Cleanliness and attention to detail are so important, especially when it comes to food. I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.
How can the staff here be so rude and have such a filthy, pathetic store. Maybe if it was cleaner they’d have a reason to be snooty but this? Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and make your own food/coffee. And yes, those little black specs were some of the MANY fruit flies landing on product, not to mention the giant flies as well.nTried to go to the washroom just to blow my nose and saw greeted with this lovely scene in the washroom, along with urine all over the floor.
Just now bought a coffee, when I asked about the a sleeve the boy’s attitude and the he looked was terrible.. just threw the sleeve towards me and went away.. it was just mannerless, unpleasant and unprofessional attitude.. whoever dealing with customer should have at least minimum manners and should be trained accordingly..
Do you use the same automatic reply for all?Unfriendly staff. They cut you off mid sentence when ordering. Food is horrible. My farmer’s wrap cheese is never melted and the wrap itself isn’t really hot. Not all items are always given. You have to be on the ball or they will likely forget to hand you something. I have switched locations, even though it’s more of a drive. The drive is worth it since the have friendly staff and my food is actually hot.nnI already reached out to guest service. Was no help. Instead of suggesting that, why isn’t anything ever done on your end?
The boss/manager always kicks out teenagers even if we do nothing wrong. We buy some food and drinks but we only have about 5 minutes to eat, while the elderly people there get to sit down for 3 hours and only order one thing. It's unfair treatment against younger people. I'd understand it more if we were making a fuss or a disturbance, but almost none of us are. Also, they almost always mess up your order.
