I take no pleasure in leaving negative feedback, but my experience on Tuesday evening, November 26, at 6:43 PM was beyond unacceptable. The staff demonstrated absolutely no customer service skills. Upon entering, I saw three female employees behind the counter. Despite there being no other customers in line, I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence.nnWhen one of them finally approached, I placed an order for four items. I received my coffee and donuts and waited another 7 minutes for my tea biscuit to be toasted and buttered. The female employee who prepared it threw it down in front of me without a word and turned and walked away without so much as making eye contact.nnThere is no excuse for treating paying customers with such disrespect. If you're looking for decent service, I strongly suggest going anywhere else.nnManagement: I urge you to invest time in training your employees to display even the most basic level of respect and professionalism. This level of service is completely unacceptable.nnThis was my first visit to this location and it will definitely be my last.
I went there yesterday and ordered a French vanilla, it was missing a 1/3 of the drink. I’m tiered of Tim Hortons, and this location always being stingy with their drink levels. I pay a specific amount of money, I expect the specific amount of drink I payed for.
Stopped in on our way through town. Friendly customer service, clean atmosphere and good food/coffee. Will definitely be back again next time we’re up that way.
I just went into Tim Hortons this morning to get two coffees, a bagel and a peach juice. I ordered a bagel with double cream cheese and bacon. I paid nearly 5 dollars for the bagel alone and there’s definitely not double cream cheese on it. This is what I got. Great service but poor sandwich making skills.
Never ever order at night in this place they dont know how to serve and treat customers. We have ask for 4 drink and 2 of drink where made wrong we ask to remake it old lady ignored and ask to leave building or she will call cops to just make us leave. Those tims are cheaters and they don’t have guts to serve customers in polite or with kindness. We have asked for receipt she told me i will not give you receipt. After telling 3-4 times she has put receipt on window and told me to leave this place.
