$10 for this. 7 quarter-bite sized pieces of chicken, 1 leaf of lettuce and 1/4 cup rice. Probably costs them 30 cents. Highway robbery. I must add that it tasted great Buffalo Ranch chicken bowl but it’s NOT great value for your hard earned money
I stop by this Tim’s every day, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is very polite and helpful , and they know my order, which makes each visit quick and easy. I appreciate how welcoming they are. There is a girl named Harman, she is very friendly and soft spoken. Highly recommend!
This is now probably the worst Tim Horton’s in the entire GVRD. They love to say no. I tried to order a farmers wrap at 4:30am on my way to work and the guy told me they don’t start breakfast until 5am. Instead I order a bagel with butter and cream cheese and they tell me I can only choose one or they charge extra. When I choose cream cheese, they put it so thin I can barely taste it.nnAnother time the girl took my order, there was a huge line in the drive thru that took over 15min to get through only for her to tell me they only accept cash. So why didn’t she tell me that before wasting both our time. She refused to give me food they already made because THEIR payment system failed.nnIve been going to this location for 15 years and the last two years their service and quality has become so bad I stopped going. They always make me late taking so long in the drive thru that I may as well wait for McDonalds to open at 5am anyway. These employees are truly miserable. Tim Hortons needs to do better. Be better.
The drive thru ladies were rude, dismissive and screwed up my order. I had to drive back and go into the restaurant to get it fixed, no apologies no acknowledgement just smirks and more rudeness. Hasn't always been like this, the people in drive thru used to be great. This encounter inspires me to also comment on the garbage in the restaurant. It's not a clean venue at allnnGot generic response from company and when asked to submit survey it won't go thru. Minimal effort from tim hortons as with their customer service.
I've consistently had great experiences at the Tim Hortons drive-thru, thanks to Rupinder jeet. She’s always friendly, quick, and ensures my order is accurate, whether it’s during a busy rush or a quiet time.
