I recently visited the location at 72 and 120 street and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite waiting for 20 minutes for a single drink, others who arrived after were served before. Eventually, I had to cancel my order. Additionally, I felt that the staff, particularly Tania, could benefit from focusing more on work rather than engaging in conversations with team members.nHopefully, this feedback helps improve service for future customers.
A modern yet cozy store. Partners are so welcoming. I love the interior…decor and furniture. This is now my favorite store in the area.
Me and my freinds met with one of your employees named yatin, we were just standing outside the store and saw him doing really hard work. He picked up all the chairs by it’s own during closing time. He is a kind of motivation to all the other employees. Really appreciated!!
terrible service there, workers are slow and dont even have all the ingredients to make the drinks me and my friend wanted. The girl even spoke slow, me and my friend had to catch a bus, i didnt eveb think we would even make with how slow she walked and talked. How do you work at a big starbucks but have service slower than a sloth???? hire more and better people, and AT LEAST have the straw for my boba like jeez.. AND i asked for light ice, THEY DIDNT PUT LESS ICE LIKE COME ON
Yatin was so hardworking and kind that he was opening doors for customers, picking up all chairs and tables while closing the store and doing his work very honestly, looked very dedicated towards his job. Good job yatin, keep it up .
