I recently visited this Starbucks and had an exceptional experience. The customer service was truly top class, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. My drink was prepared perfectly and tasted really good.nnI would like to extend a special appreciation to Zina for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, attentive and made the visit especially pleasant. Her positive attitude and dedication to quality service are truly commendable. It was totally worth it.nnThank you for maintaining such high standards of hospitality.
Honestly not worth the wait. This place is always packed and somehow still takes forever just to make a simple coffee. I waited over 20 minutes for a basic latte while people who ordered after me got theirs first. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. The coffee itself was fine, but definitely not good enough to justify the chaos. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to kill.
I went on red cup day and I received such wonderful service from Lisa, got myself a caramel brûlée. I decided to get another drink after but the other clerk gave me the wrong size. I called and talked to Britney the manager of Delta and she was very nice and resolved my complaints, I give these 2 employees, 5 stars for exceptional great service. Great asset to Starbucks, thank you
It is always a really good experience here. Amazing service! The café staff is extremely humble and respectful, which makes the experience even better. Keep up the great work. Special shoutout to Ece, Abbi, Jerrel, Jass, Kylie, Reet and Brynne for always being super friendly.
lol I forgot to take photos of the actual drink but absolutely love the cinnamon dolce latte & cinnamon dolce iced coffee!nDefinitely worth the try!nnStaff at this Starbucks is super friendly and welcoming!nI was in and out in 5 minutes and there was a line up.nShout out to baristas, cause I couldn’t do it haha
