I usually don’t complain about employee behavior, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I ordered a hot latte, but the drive-through employee served me brewed coffee with milk. When I pointed out that it wasn’t a latte, she began yelling at me. A few minutes later, she asked me to park at the front, even though there were no cars behind me, and I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes for just one coffee.nnThis is far below the level of service I expect from Tim Hortons.
Use to get a medium dark roast every time. And mostly paying cash. Most of the times when giving tonie no change back they consider 10cents tip with out asking. When asked for change back faces are like what are you talking about. When giving $5 bill same thing $3 back no change. When again asked for change they make faces and talk in their language and laugh. Yesterday got a offer on tims app for 20% off just scanned and gave $2 return 10cents and nothing. Will attach a screenshot was just checking how much honest and responsible they are. Had to ask everytime to stir the coffee. If not they give a hot water and sugar at bottom to drink. I never want to go there because of thier tip culture but my work and home is close so that the only option. Will be taking this tims and letting them know….
Went there for food this evening and was surprised with the service with the lady at the window. She did not greet us and kept chatting and laughing with another lady. She handed us our food without looking and was just looking at the other woman laughing. After she handed the food she didn’t even say anything but still paid attention to the other worker. She didn’t hand us our change. We had left without realizing she didn’t give us our change and had to go back. She was rude once again, she handed it to us without apologizing or saying anything. She just looked at us with a weird look. Never want to go back to there again because that was a horrible experience.
Stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick coffee, but it ended up being the highlight of my morning. I was having one of those rushed, chaotic days, and as soon as I walked in, Mary greeted me with the kindest smile. She even noticed I looked a bit stressed and joked that their coffee works better than magic.nnShe got my order perfect, and before I left, she made sure I had everything I needed. That small moment of kindness completely turned my day around. Thank you Mary!
I understand going through a drive through is supposed to be fast but when you can't put your card back in wallet before you get your coffee being pushed towards your window it is frustrating, even caught the guy at window rolling his eyes when I did this. I truly dont enjoy Tim Hortons anymore
