It’s rare when I get to see Stoon, eat, and meet some great people. This time, I was served by a Timmies employee named Shail, and she was exceptional. She was incredibly friendly and patiently waited for us to decide on our drinks, showcasing her excellent service skills.nnI really want to come up here and give her what shendeserves.

I want to recognize Lhady for her amazing work at Tim Hortons downtown. The way she approached me was so professional yet warm.
