Today, I had a terrible experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a lemonade with a pizza and, after a few minutes, I started feeling an awful taste in my lemonade. It was like the taste of a cockroach, and I noticed some black spots that weren’t normal. Tim Hortons should have much higher standards for cleanliness. I don’t recommend the Tim Hortons in 1re avenue
When I came with my family to take a dinner there and bring some stuff with us they didn’t allow to eat our stuff with some Tim Hortons beverages also, they said policy doesn’t allow to do that kind of things. But I know there is nothing into the policy that kind of things. They are really, really rude guys.nPlease don’t go with your family
Alright during the week. But the staff changes on the weekend and drive through takes over 35 minutes on a Saturday or Sunday. This is absolutely ridiculous. Every time, I have come here on a weekend. Over 30 minutes is absolutely unacceptable.
My favourite nearby place, with very friendly and welcoming staff.
I went to Québec City to enjoy the carnival and see the sights for the first time, I stopped by here to pick up some coffee while I was visiting and the people there were very kind when they saw that I was exhausted from my long day of sightseeing. I definitely recommend visiting while in town because of their friendly service. Plus the carnival passed right in front of the store, so I didn't have to go anywhere!
