One of my best places in quebec city.nIt has a nice terrace for sunny days, and inside there are three spaces. One where u can study, one for the restaurant and one for the café. They have multiple delicious choices. The coffee is warm and cozy. You can go as a couple, family, or by yourself.
Excellent bakery and coffee shop with irresistible pastries and a perfectly brewed cup every time—it's the kind of place that draws you in for the flavors alone. However, the service left much to be desired: one staff member accidentally spilled coffee all over my friend's handbag, yet offered no apology or assistance to clean it up, simply continuing to mop the floor as if nothing happened. A little empathy goes a long way; otherwise, this spot has serious potential!
Everytime I have an Essay to submit I always go to this coffee shop to write. Really great place, the music is not too loud, staff are nice and matcha is great!
It’s Sunday 3rd of November. The place is not even busy but the staff are inexperienced and RUDE! They served the soup without bread as it’s usually served with one so I had to ask. Then my decaf coffee was done with caffeine so I had to ask to redo it and they couldn’t serve it to me in cup. No apology on any of these situations but tons of attitude.I am still here sitting wondering why Maison Smith cannot serve me my decaf in a mug .. the toilet was dirty without paper. All the staff is busy chatting to each other .The focaccia came burned and cold . Great. very disappointed. It was my fave place before
Lovely historic coffee house. Got a french vanilla latte and it was fantastic. Highly recommend! Service was wonderful as well.
