I just want to write a five star review about hard working staff in this Tim Horton branch and especially Mrs. Lisa. I appreciate hard working of staff in this branch because always this Tim Horton is full of customers and all staff really busy and do their job properly. Lisa is very polite with positive vibe and always have smile in the morning. With this positive energy that she has, customershas better feeling during the day.
I have visited many other Tim Hortons locations, but this one stood out because it was neat and clean. The atmosphere was pleasant, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee. The service was also fast and efficient, which made the experience even better.
I love Tim Horton’s coffee, so I go to Tim’s almost everyday in different locations. This Tim Horton’s looked big spacious and clean from the first look . Parking was easy and nice too .nAs soon as I went to counter to order, my impression changed because the lady don’t want to mention name who took my order seem to be not interested to do the job or not well trained this is 4.30 pm Wednesday , Feb 12.I feel very sorry to say this and I hate saying it but that’s my experience . I myself been in a customer service job years ago and I loved it . Tim Horton’s should try to put people who really love their job in the front counter atleast or if they don’t know how to , then please train them .nThe food was good as usual and I love Tim’s coffee nThe washroom was disgusting but that might be also due to different peoples who use it .nAs much as I love going to Tim Horton’s don’t want to get a negative vibe with the coffee.nHope this will make a positive change
The dining area and front door are extremely dirty. Not much selection for donuts, timbits and cookies. They are not fresh and small.
This was originally the most unique and cleanest Tim Hortons I have been to in Canada in the past 10 years. It was reopened after being renovated and was once nice and clean. The staff are also very polite.nnUnfortunately, current employee education and training is clearly insufficient. There are many people working at the counter, but there is always garbage on the floor in the dining area.nI have never seen any employees come to clean it up.nnThe hygienic condition of the dining environment is disturbing. This is Tim Hortons which represents Canada, but now I have a very bad impression when I walk in. I hope it will improve one day!
