I have visited many other Tim Hortons locations, but this one stood out because it was neat and clean. The atmosphere was pleasant, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee. The service was also fast and efficient, which made the experience even better.
In the last few months the food and drink quality has decreased. They don’t toast the baked goods properly, there is little to no cream cheese and even the coffee has tasted watery.nnNot sure what’s happening to the Tim Hortons but quality control is going downnnLook at the donut I got today
Terrible service. My girlfriend ask the salad sauce to be served on the side twice when we ordered. The salad was still served with dressing on top. We kindly asked the cashier first name initial is H to replace the salad. We also noted to H that we have mentioned dressing on the side when we ordered. H, clearly missed what we just said, immediately complained that we should have specified this when we ordered. We restated that we have asked dressing on the side when we ordered. H, unwillingly, reached out to her manager. We told the manager what happened, and the manager immediately said they can replace it. Throughout this time H was obviously upset about us, which was really astounding. The rest of the staff was actually not bad.
This was originally the most unique and cleanest Tim Hortons I have been to in Canada in the past 10 years. It was reopened after being renovated and was once nice and clean. The staff are also very polite.nnUnfortunately, current employee education and training is clearly insufficient. There are many people working at the counter, but there is always garbage on the floor in the dining area.nI have never seen any employees come to clean it up.nnThe hygienic condition of the dining environment is disturbing. This is Tim Hortons which represents Canada, but now I have a very bad impression when I walk in. I hope it will improve one day!
Quality care and training is abysmal. Go to starbucks instead. Paid for xtra cream cheese and got this: see photo Both sides were like this, other side was worse actually.
