I came here on a weekend day time lunch with my dad. Words cannot express how happy I was. The staff here is so professional and hospitable. The level of commitment and confidence compared to other locations is unmatched.nnFood preparation is at its best. Communication is the best. This is what it should be always. Thank you so much. It brought back memories of when I was young and hard working with my colleagues.nnThis location is my favourite location to have lunch at. Big drive thru. Plenty of parking. Great service.
This is the best TH in Richmond, too bad only the drive thru is 24h or I’ll be there every night. The staffs are polite, there are always available stock in foods. Unlike some other places, no grilled chicken at night or runs out of donuts. Their coffee is the best in the world! It’s a must go in Canada.
I often buy coffee at your store and usually order it with one sugar and two creams for health reasons, as I can't drink it too sweet. However, many times the coffee is much sweeter than I expect, with an excessive amount of sugar, making it nearly undrinkable. Even my family, who usually drinks double-double, finds it too sweet. Sometimes, the coffee also has a burnt taste, which is quite disappointing.nI don't understand why the sugar amount is so inconsistent since I assume you use a machine to add it. Just now, my family bought me a warm coffee with one sugar and two creams again, but it was basically a cup of super sweet syrup — impossible to drink. About 8 out of 10 times, I end up disappointed.nI live nearby, so I buy from your store out of convenience. Sometimes your coffee tastes really good, but more often it is difficult to enjoy. I hope you can provide better training for your staff to maintain consistent coffee quality. After all, you are a coffee shop, and customers expect a consistent, enjoyable cup every time.

The staff working in this timhortens is very polite and Helpful. There are many timhortens around us where the food taste and quality is same. The thing that make all the tim hortens different is the staff. I loved the staff of this time Hortons. I came here around 5 pm on 29 may thrusday. I ordered Patato veggies they made it for me took 6 minute liked it. The one who was on computer was really helpful wore glasses , I am not gonna mention the name because I don’t knew. I was just observing would say the best employeee ever seen in my entire life. Really happy with them will Come everyday now.
