This is the worst tim i have ever been to.nn1. They are charging more price of pastry what they have listed check images for referencenn2. There are 7-8 employees working and there was no rush at drive tru, still they kept me standing there for 15 mins to take order. check image for referencenn3. When i told the employee about the price difference she said i am not the one who do price change, come tomorrow and talk to manager that was so freaking rude.
I visit this Tim Hortons location everyday. At first, it was for convenience as I work nearby. However, every member of the staff here that works the weekday morning shift quickly became friends to me. They know me by first name and already have my order put in before I get the chance to order! Remil, the Manager is so friendly and kind, and makes my morning so much better. Highly recommend!
I bought a coffee this morning, like we do almost every day.nIt was the worst coffee I have ever had. The coffee was burnt, old, and hardly any almond milk.nI went back and complained.nThe manager said you are supposed to call back if this happens????nFirst I heard of this.nShe gave me a small coffeenMine was xl with a spoon of milk, and was very rude about it.nI guess she doesn't appreciate our daily business.nWill definitely go elsewhere.nThe staff was more polite than the manager.
I have been attending this location 6 days a week for the last 4 years and have never had less than amazing service. The manager and his wife definitely pay attention to the details which in turn shows the fellow employees what customer service is really about. Great job guys/gals, keep up the great job and Merry Christmas to all of you.
I don't know what's been with this location lately, a couple weeks ago the apple fritter I ordered was borderline frozen and now apparently chocolate glazed donut is the new honey glazed donut. Get it together.
