Me and my spouse used to come the drive thru for their sandwiches all the time but when we got home the sandwiches were burnt and the bread was pretty much stale and hard, the quality has really started to go downhill, this will be the last time we spend our money here
Tim Hortons is a Canadian signature coffee shop. Never disappointes you. They always have fresh coffee, sweet treats or some other delicious choices.
the service for my experience has almost always been stellar here. food, drink and atmosphere on the other hand is not. the donuts are no longer freshly made, just shipped. they often don't have what you want, cold and a lot like plastic. if it wasn't for a few menu items like the farmers wrap, I would easily give all Tim Hortons 1 star or less. there was a time when they couldn't be beat, now a kids bake sale is better. Countryside Donuts once opened up here and was chased out by Timmys cause they did the whole not fresh donuts as well. Guess what happens when you sell your soul to corporate America. BTW if you are in Spruce Grove and want great donuts, shop at safeway
Remil, Rodney, Jhen, Rio are the best team. I go to this Tim Hortons in the morning, everyday! The team remembers me, is ALWAYS friendly and you never wait longer than 5 minutes. BEST Tim Hortons crew! Thank you Remil, Mr handsome!
No toilet paper, no hand towels in woman's washroom. No napkins available .. only behind counter. Gave me 2. Couldn't wipe, couldn't blow nose. Disgusting choices left to me. I will never come here again. Told staff and while in store no one addressed the washroom. I would of put some napkins in but none for that either
