I hated my expperice here. the coffe they serve is just mushed prune juice, and they edge in to the cups to get the cream. they even messed uo my order and gave me hot chocolate instead! i think this place should be torn down and turned into a chruch.
Service was quick fort walk-in traffic even though their drive thru was busy. The staff were polite and friendly. My coffee wasn't perfect hence the 4 stars I like it really hot 180F however it wasn't enough for me to ask for another one.
This place was okay. When I first walked in, I was noticed in the empty Starbucks by five employees sets of eyes but then was ignored while they worked on the drive through. I wasn’t a priority and I felt it. The interior was dark and dreary and not friendly or welcoming. They could use some light colours in there for sure. Although they were covid friendly they parking situation and location isn’t that ideal for customers.nnOverall not a great first impression.
The customer experience was horriblenExcept for the young man that took my ordernI had a gift card that I was trying to add 1 more item to make it for the full value and chose an item that was priced wrong in the display instead of apologizing for their error or trying to honour it it was a dif of 20 cents I unf did not bring my wallet they got mad at me and the employee who was doing an amazing job of trying to honor itnA supervisor came over to ask and did not even acknowledge me and just told him NOnWow some training in customer service is needed herenTerrible management will escalate this one !
This is my regular Starbucks and they are always so friendly and welcoming. They know my dog Daisy as she has been getting pup cups once every couple weeks since she was a puppy but they know her by name. I haven’t had one wrong order from them! The drive through is a bit of a hassle cause of the location but it is humorous seeing how upset people get when they cut in line, we will all get our coffee eventually! Why get upset! Anyways, amazing location, fantastic staff and I will continue to recommend this location.
