Absolutely disappointed with this location. It’s always been the best one in the Valley until recently. I ordered a large double double and got a medium. Not that big of a deal. I also ordered a 4 cheese bagel double toasted with plain cream cheese. When I received my bagel , it didn’t even go through the toaster. I’m so done…
Drinkwater location stay away!! Slow, slow, slow!! My five year old can multi-task better than any of the employees there. They are either very unhappy with their job or just do not comprehend what go, go means.
They can’t consistently make a large double double coffee. I have been going to Tim Hortons for years now and I am just amazed at the fact that a place that specializes in making coffee cannot for the life of them make it the same every time. Some days it’s burnt, other days it’s missing cream or sugar, sometimes it has too much of either of those. For some reason I keep going back even though the coffee is terrible. The odd day it’s made perfectly though, but very rarely. They also have staff who wear large amounts of perfume and they press down on the lids and leave that scent all over the product. Disgusting!! I don’t want to taste someone’s perfume every time I have a sip of my morning coffee.
By FAR the worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortins anywhere. This store seems to set the bar really low for quality, I've ordered food here Today and I wouldn't have fed it to my dog, the service is terrible and they desperatly need quality control or management needs to do a better job training employees on quality appearance of the food and how to speak to customers. I will take me business to the Tims down the road as they seem to care about the food they serve and they know how to treat paying customers. Will not be back to this location again. Dissapointed to say the least.
Terrible experience, they desperatly need quality control and staff that actually somewhat care about what the food looks like and tastes like. I wouldn't have fed the order I received to my dog thats how bad it was. Looked like they slapped the stuff together threw it on the ground a few times and stomped on it then put it to the drive through window. I am very dissapointed with this location and will take my business to another location.
