Review of Tim Hortons at 50 Red Maple Rd., Richmond Hill:nnMy experience at Tim Hortons on Red Maple Rd. in Richmond Hill left much to be desired. The most notable issue was the excessive wait times in line. On several occasions, I found myself waiting for a significant amount of time just to place my order. Furthermore, the staff often seemed to struggle with understanding customer orders, leading to further delays and frustration.nnEven after placing my order, the wait time for receiving my food or drink was disappointingly long. This added to the overall sense of inefficiency and left me feeling impatient and dissatisfied.nnIn terms of cleanliness, the establishment fell short of expectations. I noticed trash on the floor and tables, which detracted from the overall dining experience. This lack of cleanliness was a notable downside and certainly impacted my perception of the restaurant.nnWhile the food at Tim Hortons was decent, it did not stand out as exceptional. While it was satisfying, it did not leave a lasting impression or make me eager to return. Overall, while the food was passable, the subpar service, long wait times, and cleanliness issues make it difficult to wholeheartedly recommend this location.
Confusing! Guess this Tims is one of the latter stores to be updated or renovated? And its a busy location too.nnSunday afternoon at this location. When entering, there are 2 kiosks to place an order the line up still moved faster than we could order. After we ordered, the kiosk didn’t provide any order number, didnt provide any receipt or anything to let us know our order went through. It did ask our name though.nnThere are 2 pickup signs, on either end of the counter. The right side was were most ppl were standing so we naturally went to the right.nThere was a small sign on the wall next to the left pick up area that said mobile order? Was that us?nnThey called my name from the left side and gave me my drink and told me to head back over to the right to get my wrap.. Confusing like I said.nnMy friend got his entire order on the left side, along with my wrap.nnMinutes later a Tims staff put up “out of order” signs on both kiosks.nn#timhortons
I can't belive it.... my first attempt at their new pizza and I chew into a piece of plastic!!!! Yikes... first appearances, the pizza looks to be short on bacon. Second thought, pizza separates way easily as its too soft and lacks crispness of a thin pizza. Waited about 8 minutes for the first pizza but was promised a replacement in 5 minutes... with a crisper crust.nNo recognition or compensation for the inconvenience or health hazard, simply we'll make u another one!!! Disappointing!!!nnPs. Tables need cleaning!!!nPSS. store need manager to be on hand.
Usually fast service, but inconsistent. Sometimes all seats are taken. I tried their new bread twists the other day. Quite good. Though it would be nice if they served them with a dip sauce. Overall a really good location.
If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order via Uber eats and the staff here sent my pizza without sealing the box. While I don’t want to think someone would tamper with my food, you can never be sure and with my pizza box not having a safety seal on it my lunch went into the trash. I did get a refund via Uber eats which is great but still had no lunch as my break was wasted getting a refund. I called the location and spoke with a supervisor who could have cared less that this mistake was done. No apology nothing. Just told me to call Uber eats. When I told him I did but was calling so he could inform his staff to ensure this mistake doesn’t happen to someone else he didn’t seem to care to do so or apologize for ruining my lunch. 0/10 would not recommend this Tim Hortons!
