One of my all-time favorite Starbucks locations! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes the experience even better. They consistently make amazing drinks best matcha latte with lavender foam I’ve ever tried and the atmosphere is perfect for studying. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to relax or get some work done.
Love this location; once you walk in, the staff would greet you with “Good morning” when you picked up your mobile order, they would say “ Thank you so much” I don’t think many other Starbucks location doing that. My mobile order is always done efficiently and accurately especially when I customize my order, all done quickly with accuracy. Highly recommended this location. The interior is also nice, spacious and giving warm at home feeling.
Always a great experience here. Quick, kind, and friendly service, tasty drinks, and a lovely space to chat with friends, play board games, study… highly recommended! Also, if you bring your own reusable cups, you get a discount on your drink! Love the sustainability initiative.
I am a regular customer and visit this place almost every day. My experience is usually very good, but during my last two visits I had the same issue with the same employee. My order was noticeably delayed despite the fact that the store was not busy.nnI usually order only an espresso, yet on both occasions I had to ask about my order or remind the staff before receiving it. I hope more attention can be given to customer orders and that the high level of service I have come to expect from this place can be maintained.
I come here every day, and Betty always provides the best service. She is one of the main reasons I’ve become such a big fan of Starbucks lattes. She is always kind, professional, and welcoming. Betty truly goes above and beyond for customers, and her hard work deserves recognition. Thank you for making every visit such a pleasant experience!.Atty
