Very disappointed. As a loyal customer for many years, I’ve never had such a terrible experience. The drink I received was poorly made and undrinkable—it had chunks in it that couldn’t be strained out no matter how hard I tried. Don’t you check your products before serving them to customers? I strongly suggest better training for staff, especially to ensure the ingredients like milk are properly checked before preparing drinks.
Every year I order about 30 drinks from this location to celebrate my team at work. This year's experience made me write a review because it was just amazing. From the phone inquiry to actually picking up the drinks I was really impressed with the qualiy of service. The drinks were packed perfectly!! Staff are attentive, friendly, and considerate. Thank you so much for making our special day so wonderful!

I had an amazing experience at Starbucks, thanks to Himmy! They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Despite how busy it was, they took the time to greet me with a smile and even recommended a new drink that I absolutely loved.nnTheir attention to detail and positive attitude truly made my visit special. Last night around 7:50, I placed an order for two drinks on my phone.When I arrived, the staff’s attitude was very rude, scolding me for being too early and saying I should have come 5 minutes later. It was a rainy evening, and there were no customers in the store, nor any lines, so I don’t understand why the service was like this. After we received our drinks, the staff continued to repeat that I shouldn’t arrive early next time and should come 5 minutes later, with a very cold and dismissive attitude. I really don’t understand why Starbucks would treat its loyal customers this way. I felt extremely uncomfortable, and my kids sitting in the car were also very surprised, finding it hard to believe that Starbucks would treat their customers like this. I am truly puzzled. A pleasant evening was ruined by this drink. The service attitude was really upsetting. I wouldn’t mind waiting a little if I arrived early, but the staff’s scolding made me feel like I don’t want to buy any drinks from this location again.
