I went in to get 2 drinks and a bagel. The ordering was fine, she was fast. But getting the food was absolutely terrible. It took 15 minutes for one bagel. But I had seen at least 8 cars go through at the drive thru. There were only 2 people inside including myself when I ordered. When I left there were at least 6 new people. The workers didn't care, didn't even put enough cream cheese on my bagel! I got the tiniest little smear of cream cheese. So unhappy.
I was there late afternoon Sunday July 21st. Please hire employees that speak English and understand English. What a fiasco when ordering the sausage breakfast sandwich. I had to repeat myself 3 times. The guy acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and then he had to seek help from the girl, and we still had a communication breakdown.... I ordered a dozen old-fashioned glazed timbits, but received a dozen regular donuts instead.nI should have looked in the box before I got home.
They care more about the speed of order then getting the order correct. Feel rushed everytime I go here. They need to hire more English speaking Canadians. The Poor training of foreign workers shows.
Every time I go to this Tim Hortons, it's slow. I speak as a former employee of the Pacific Center vancouver location one of the busiest in the lower mainland the service here even with a full staff during the day is slow and no care is taken in getting orders right
Went there to get a large sandwich. They told me that they were out of large bread. I asked if they would accommodate by using two small sandwich breads to make a large which most places do, it's the exact same size. After discussing this with the manager, they said no, but I could buy two small sandwiches for twice the price to make it a large. Terrible customer service, right through to the management.
