This is one of the better Tim Hortons locations. My habanero chicken loaded bowl was made perfectly as advertised with right amounts of everything. Every Tim Hortons should strive for this consistency.
Great experience in this location because of the cashier Gina has a really good customer service. She knows her way with people. She really made my experience memorable and it makes me want to come back for more. It’s a busy environment, but her smile and promptness and attentiveness to her customer are remarkable. Amazing food and service. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Simran. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit enjoyable. She was efficient, polite, and made sure everything was perfect. Employees like Simran make a real difference. Thank you!
I want to share something with my brothers and sisters.nToday I placed an order through the drive-thru. When I reached the pickup window, I noticed that some items were missing. I went back, and the staff told me I would have to pay extra. I wasn’t sure about the product’s actual price, so I thought maybe I just didn’t know it. I paid again and received the order, but it was still incorrect.nAt that point, I left because there were other customers waiting behind me, and I didn’t want to hold up the line. I decided to let it go. However, when I got home, I checked the official Tim Hortons website and noticed the price was lower than what I had been charged. I also checked my transaction and realized I had been overcharged.nTo make sure I wasn’t mistaken, I called the store and asked them about the price. Even according to the price they quoted me over the phone, I had still been charged extra. At first, the staff member said, “We charged you for the order you received.” I replied, “But I never ordered that item.” His attitude immediately changed, and he said, “Just come back and pick up your order.”nMy question is: should someone really drive another 20–22 km just to fix such a small order? First, nobody asked to place a second order. Second, does that mean customers can’t even give feedback anymore? I chose to call the store directly instead of posting a public review because I wanted to inform the staff privately rather than create unnecessary negativity.nWhen the staff member told me to “come and get your order,” I got frustrated and said two things: “Hire better staff or provide better training.” He became offended and replied, “What do you mean by that? If one order goes wrong in an entire day, is that really such a big deal?”nTo be fair, I understand that mistakes happen. I agree with him on that. And I also admit that what I said in frustration was wrong. Wrong is wrong. Before ending the call, I apologized and said sorry.nWhat I really want to say to that staff member is this:nWhen you make a mistake, learn to accept it instead of shifting the responsibility or simply telling the customer to come back. This was never about one dollar or a few cents—it was about doing the right thing.nWe all work hard. I have a job too, and I make mistakes as well. I receive feedback from customers and my supervisors, and I accept my mistakes instead of blaming others. We learn through our mistakes. Even our bosses make mistakes, and they have to accept them.nA customer’s behavior often depends on how they are treated. If we stay polite and acknowledge our mistakes, most customers will also remain polite and move on. The same applies in any workplace. If someone responds with attitude or rudeness, it naturally creates frustration, and people sometimes say things in anger that they later regret.nThat’s why I believe it’s always better to simply accept your mistake when you’re wrong.nI also admit that I used the wrong words in the heat of the moment, and for that, I sincerely apologize.nIn the end, everyone acts according to their own mindset.nAnd to that staff member, I just want to say this:nI’m about the same age as you. I don’t have much life experience either. We’re all struggling and trying to build our lives. It’s during these struggles that we learn to accept our mistakes and grow as people.nnThank you.
