Great service from these hardworking women. I had two customizations: no bacon on my breakfast bagel, and a medium French vanilla latte in a large cup topped with coffee it’s way too sweet otherwise and everything came just as I ordered. They were quick and efficient
The worst Tim Hortons you can go to is here. They got our order wrong, charged us an extra dollar, and refused to correct the order. It's terrible. I’ll never set foot here again.
They are very short staff, and you won't be their priority if you want to order inside, they were all concentrate on drive through, 30 minutes wait for a simple order and food was awful
Since I moved to Coquitlam last week, i come here every morning and get a cup of coffee, their service is a disaster, they are very rude, nervous and work quietly, to get a cup of coffee after ordering, you have to be close.nnWait in line for ten minutes or more, they don't follow the order at all, people who come later than me will receive their order sooner.nnThere has never been a manager here, and when I ask who the manager is, no one answers me.
You need to take a good care of online orders. Every time I ordered at my home and tried to drop by, it was not ready. After showing my order number, you started to make mine. And when you put the coffee on the pickup counter, if you write customer's name or put it with a receipt, we can quickly pick it up by ourselves without bothering busy staff. Don't forget why we order it by mobile order. Your current service is giving mobile customers too much stress. Lastly, staffs need to be educated to apologize for their mistakes.
