I recently visited an average Tim Hortons restaurant and had a pleasant experience. The drive-through option made it convenient for me to grab my coffee on the go. The staff were courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth ordering process. I indulged in some delicious donuts while enjoying the seating available inside. The clientele was respectful, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, I was impressed by how clean the restaurant was, adding to the overall positive experience. It's a reliable spot for a quick bite and a caffeine fix.
Ordered a large strawberry watermelon quencher with no ice. After making the drink the lady holds it up and says this is all you get with no ice. I have never run into this before and said that to her, said she isn't allowed to fill it more. But then remade it because she only put the strawberry watermelon juice in and no lemonade. Horrible customer service. Kids in front of us wanted tim bits, she charged for 10pc without asking and when the kid went over the 10 she said she only charged him for ten and couldn't refund it when he asked for 20 and too bad so sad kinda thing and quite rude about it. Couldn't believe it.
This place gives more priority to drive in customers. For every walk-in customer, they serve 10 drive-in customers. I had to wait for 10 mins to get my bagel while no one was ahead of me. While waiting i was observing that almost all the staffs are working on drive in customer orders only. After i complained, then they made my order.. so please avoid this location if you are a walk in customer.
I come here almost every morning before work, both service and food are hit or miss. Sometimes workers can be super rude and rushing, I've worked at busy drive thru fast food chain before, it only takes 2 second to be nice and not ruin your customer days. Food is hit or miss, if I have a lucky day my drink is perfectly made.
Hands down the most disgusting BLT ive ever bought from any tim hortons , look at this lettus & tomatoes ...got a stomach ache from eating it. Do not go to this place and if you do make sure you open the sandwich and see what they give you before eating it...
