Ridiculously slow at a slow time. 10+ minutes for a simple black coffee. Donut selection very limited. Irving Oil shares the complex coffee just as good service a bit better.

I've waited in line here inside many times, last time was a 30 minute wait. Stock is pretty well non-existent with often very little choice of what to eat. I think the issue is insufficient staff, the unfortunate cashier has to prepare the entire order.

This place chronically got orders wrong when we went there. Their location had a fire and there is no replacement temporary portable location while the construction is happening. Wow!

Dont go there if you want to eat the only have donuts from 7 am to 2 pm any time after you won't have any or very little. And the sandwich choices after 6 pm will be almost nill till they bake some bread went there twice at dinner time only to have to go elswhere because they only had bagels for sandwiches and no cooked items just cold cuts, go after 10 pm you may as well just go next door to circle k cause they will have zero food options. I think it could be possible its partially a lack of staff issue the poor guys on night shift have no options but to clean and serve coffee because they have nothing to sell. All round other the coffee its been a bad experience. Although i did get a coffee full of grinds one morning which meant I had to go without but they did give me a free coffee coupon 😄. The only time i actually was able to get food they smeared mayo all over my wifes bagel belt and coudnt fix the issue because they had no eggs omg this Tim's is pathetic they should have to take the sign down till they get it right. If your going to be a 24/7 operation have somthing to sell outside of the 7am to 2pm time frame.
