This has consistently been the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve visited. Unfortunately, it’s not just a one-time issue—every visit seems to bring a new problem.nnOn multiple occasions, my family and I have been asked to do unusual things in the drive-thru to help staff avoid their service timer from expiring. The first time, we were told to drive forward and then reverse. On today’s visit, we were told to stop before the pickup window, even though the car ahead of us had already left. This caused the cars behind us to start honking, which was understandably frustrating and put us in an uncomfortable situation.nnWhen we finally received our order, the food was poorly prepared. One bagel had cream cheese smeared on the outside with three strips of bacon sitting in the middle of plain bread, while the other had cream cheese only in the center with the bacon unevenly placed. We also ordered a small milk for our child, but no straw was provided.nnThe entire experience was disappointing and frustrating. Each time I return, I regret giving this location another chance, but unfortunately, the issues seem to be ongoing.
I found a large bone in my boneless chicken wrap at this location. I’ve already reported the incident to the city. Please be cautious when ordering chicken items here—this could have caused a serious injury.
I ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese and tomatoes.. this literally becomes inedible when you don’t include the cheese.. who in their right mind would order tomatoes in bread.. Atleast ask if the customer wants cheese or butter or something incase you’re that incompetent to realize nobody wants tomatoes and bread alone… like come on, some common sense please..
I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. A staff member actually yelled at me while I was simply trying to place my order. It was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Customers should never be treated this way. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back here. And if someone wants to spoil there good mood, this is place to go.

The Farmer's Breakfast Wrap, with its perfect blend of eggs, hash brown, and sausage in a soft, toasted tortilla, was hearty and flavorful. Tim Hortons consistently delivers a reliable, comforting, and value-packed experience. It's more than just a quick bite; it's a dependable and positive way to start any day.
