Scam Scam Scam – Be Careful at This Tim HortonsnnI went to this Tim Hortons on Nov 30, 2025 around 4:45 pm with my daughter. She ordered a small hot chocolate and five Timbits. I saw the payment notification and it showed 12.14 dollars. That shocked me because the order was only a few dollars.nnI went inside and asked the staff. She checked and saw she charged me for donuts I never ordered. Then instead of apologizing, she kept forcing me to take the donuts. I told her twice I don’t want something I never ordered. No apology at all. Then she called her senior, and even the senior person had no apology and bad attitude.nnThey refunded my money but the way they treated me felt completely wrong. Mistakes happen, but no apology and forcing the customer is not right. It feels like they are scamming people by adding extra items.nnEveryone should check your receipt carefully at this location. I’m sharing this so people don’t get overcharged like I did.
Prabh was very polite and welcoming at the drive-thru. My order was prepared quickly and correctly, and the service was smooth from start to finish. Really appreciated the friendly attitude. Great job!
By far the best service at Tim's i've had in a long time. I came with my friends from Montreal city and the cashier lady greatest us with a warming smile. I wasn't sure what to order but with her help - if you're reading this thank you so much for your patience - I went with Breakfast BLT with turkey instead of bacon and it was AMAZING!!! We talked a bit and she sounds like the sweetest lady ever. I forgot to ask your name but you and your team rock
Today I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream, chocolate syrup, and espresso foam.nnAt first, I received only a regular iced coffee without the extra toppings. After I spoke with the staff, chocolate syrup was added, but the espresso foam was still missing. When I asked again, I was told it was already added, but it was not there.nnI have been a regular customer for the last 1 year, so I was disappointed with both the service and the way the situation was handled
Great coffee and the staff are always super friendly! I love stopping by for a Double-Double and a fresh donut – the perfect way to start my day. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a nice spot to relax or catch up with friends.
