This has consistently been the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve visited. Unfortunately, it’s not just a one-time issue—every visit seems to bring a new problem.nnOn multiple occasions, my family and I have been asked to do unusual things in the drive-thru to help staff avoid their service timer from expiring. The first time, we were told to drive forward and then reverse. On today’s visit, we were told to stop before the pickup window, even though the car ahead of us had already left. This caused the cars behind us to start honking, which was understandably frustrating and put us in an uncomfortable situation.nnWhen we finally received our order, the food was poorly prepared. One bagel had cream cheese smeared on the outside with three strips of bacon sitting in the middle of plain bread, while the other had cream cheese only in the center with the bacon unevenly placed. We also ordered a small milk for our child, but no straw was provided.nnThe entire experience was disappointing and frustrating. Each time I return, I regret giving this location another chance, but unfortunately, the issues seem to be ongoing.
I found a large bone in my boneless chicken wrap at this location. I’ve already reported the incident to the city. Please be cautious when ordering chicken items here—this could have caused a serious injury.
I recently visited the Tim Hortons at 9100 Jane St. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience.nI tried their frozen lemonade and some muffins, both of which were acceptable. While the quality of the coffee could be improved, the staff was attentive and the service was prompt.nOverall, it's a great spot for a quick coffee break or a casual meeting.
Morning shift was super efficient at serving the customers in the store as well as in the drive through! Order was all correct and was what we would expect from a Tim Hortons
I was here yesterday to get some coffee and food in the morning,while i was waiting for my order i was standing near the shelf close to the washrooms when i saw the old guy making timbits,i was horrified to see him putting his bare hands on the timbits,he wasn't wearing any gloves and no hygiene was being maintained, i just wonder if thats how they make the food. I dont think I will ever come back here.
