Feedback to Starbucks:nnI'm disappointed that some Starbucks locations refuse to provide free tap water. Access to clean drinking water is a basic human need and widely considered a public health standard. It costs very little and goes a long way in promoting goodwill, especially in warm weather or for those with health needs. Many global chains and countries require it, and I hope Starbucks considers making it a consistent and compassionate policy across all stores.nnThank you.
Every time I stop by Starbucks early in the day, Adam Larsen is already setting the tone for a great customer experience. He consistently brings positive energy and professionalism to his shifts, even in the early hours when most people are still waking up. Adam is efficient, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about making each customer’s day a little better — whether it's remembering regular orders, keeping the line moving smoothly, or simply offering a warm smile. It’s clear he’s doing a fantastic job early into his shifts, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Huge kudos to Adam — keep up the great work!
The team of girls working today June 14th 4:15pm are really rude and not friendly whatsoever. They prioritize gossiping rather than serving customers. Smiling at customers would make the experience better rather than acting miserable and being rude. Very disappointing.
With over 1/3 of the North American population that has a lactose intolerance, I am shocked that Starbucks has decided to remove lactose free milk from their offerings. Absolutely bizarre and not in touch with that segment of the market. The alternative is NOT an alternative milk like oat or soya. Milk is milk and although those are alternative choice they do not replace milk. Rethink your stance on this please otherwise I am one of many who can no longer shop at Starbucks.
Terrible pickup service. They keep you waiting for up to half an hour and don't even say anything. They should at least say hello or ask who or what you're waiting for. I thought it was normal once, but they don't always make you wait so long.
