This Tim Hortons has lost its touch, it's staffed by indo-canadian workers who have a huge language barrier and don't care about the Tim Hortons brand, simply filling hours and trying to make a pay cheque. I ordered a loaded bowl and this is what I got compared to what it should look like, I wish corporate would step in and retrain and bring this Tim Hortons back to what Tim Hortons is all about. Quality products.nnThe picture I took is directly me opening the lid and taking a picture haven't touched or eaten a single bite. It looks horrible.
THE SERVICE WAS SO SLOW. We waited for approximately 25 minutes for just two farmers wraps and 30 minutes for a bagel. What's worse is that there are no order numbers and people randomly pick up anyone order and leave. How is that fair for anyone? Worst location ever. They keep clearing orders to maintain service time and mess up order sequencing. Very poor experience.
The cashier lady was super kind. I ordered a couple Tim bits, cookie, and bagel and cream cheese I had a $5 voucher from the hotel next door. Everything was good and on par with other Tim Hortons locations.
No condiments on sandwiches? Asking for no egg, receives egg. BLT sandwiches typically have mayo, and no kraft singles cheese
On my last several visits, the tea has not been fresh staff are definitely not brewing every 15 minutes. I'm not being racist, but most Indian staff cut corners on service. On one occasion at this locatio,n myself and a friend were asked to leave a location 45 minutes before official closing time the staff lied about closing time. #howtodestroyyourbrand
