I normally love ordering from here, I get a coffee and breakfast sandwhich from this store almost everyday. But lately the presentation of the food has been terrible. This is how I got my sandwhich today and just lost my appetite completely. You guys can definitely do better. Service is always great though.
Went through the drive thru to grab a frappe. I took the lid off to stir it, put the lid back on, and the entire cup split down one side. It got all over my car, my coat, my pants, and my arms. Went back through the drive through to explain what happened and ask for a new cup. They just handed me a cup through the wibdow without offering to take my broken cup and salvage what was left. I also had to ask for napkins, none were offered. My hand was covered in freezing liquid and was quite cold from having to hold the cup out the window due to the leak. So now I have to get my coat dry cleaned, car cleaned, and I have to go home and change before continuing my day.nnThese people couldn't even make me a new drink. Ridiculous.
I was walking in with a group of friends at 8:27 to order a drink before closing and they were serving customers as we walked in. The male employee told us we cannot be served because they are closed and he is not making anymore although he helped two people infront of us. We left the store in disbelief due to being shocked that its wasn’t busy and everyone had been served. Do not recommend going here since they have no respect of hours of operations and are too lazy to help a customer.
I’m not a regular Starbucks customer but if I really want to have a great coffee, especially my favourite drink Frappuccino , then I’ll go there. All their products are fresh and very tasteful and have a great quality. The staff always welcoming you with their beautiful smile and a friendly approach to keep their costumes happy.
The best Starbucks in Abbotsford, fast and drinks are really great , my matcha latte from this location is always good while other branches are inconsistent.
