I ordered a large PSL cold brew in the drive thru on 06/10/2023 around 4pm. I noticed there was a hair inside the cup but was already on the highway. Waste of $5. Food: 1/5
Don’t try eating in either, literally watched a bagel get prepped and sit on the back counter for 30mins, someone finally came up to complain. They then grab said bagel that’s been sitting on the counter for 30mins, microwave it and hand it to the guy. Hope you enjoyed that stale bagel! Love watching the manager literally look at the bagel during those 30mins then quickly look away :p Two times in a row now, sat in the drive through, one car ahead of me and took 10mins, couldn’t back out cause now I have cars behind me. When I finally get up to the order intercom I place my order. “Sorry all out of coffee” “Ok what about a smoothie?” “We don’t have that either” “Ok well just my food” “No don’t have chicken” “Well a sausage biscuit” “All out of that too” Now like last time I’m realizing why the guy in front of me took so long, again boxed in so can’t “escape” I cave and get a farmers sausage wrap. Short of spitting in it I don’t think it could’ve been a sadder sight… Twice now they’ve been out of staple items and everyone too lazy there to put a sign out front or warn anyone. And when I did get my order it was a mess shoved into a bag… the people here are some of the most uncaring, lazy people I’ve come across
Great service! Short line up inside, didnt wait long, drinks were done right away, in a minute or less. I thought I would try the Pumpkin Spice Latte, it was really good. Tastes way better than the "competion". Servers were friendly, smiling, quick and hand made a great latte. KUDOS! Got some fresh made donuts that were delicious.Food: 5/5
Been waiting in the store for an hour to get 2 coffees, please close the store at night if you dont have employees to work. Don’t expect everyone who comes to the store as homeless, we have other things in life to do than waiting here. The whole store is operating at night with one employee and she looks suffering in here taking orders from store and drive through. You guys are killing your staff with your cost cutting techniques.
Staff that doesn't care about customers. They're all laughing together but completely ignore the customers. Waiting for 5-10 minutes when youre the only one in line. All the staff standing around ignoring customers. When you do get to place your order the staff are rude and seem bothered you're there. I will NOT be returning so this location. Customer service is terrible and drinks/food are not consistent.
Minimal selection served by staff that don't seem to care about a positive Customer service. Lots of laughter and conversation behind the counter. lazy customer service to say the least. Staff acted as if they couldn't care if you were there or not. A game of "who could out wait who" Sad because this Timmies used to be great! My first negative review
When you’re going through a drive through and someone is taking your order. I would expect you to finish taking the order before handing the mic off to your coworker. But no. It apparently takes 3 people to take 1 order. We left without our drinks because we were so unhappy with the service. She just stopped talking handed the mic over so the gentleman taking our order had no idea what was going on when we were trying to finish our order then someone else took over. That’s when we gave up and left.
I go through the drive through here often, and every single time, I have to repeat my order 3x after they get it right the first time. It goes something like: me: “I’ll just have a black coffee, that’s it” them: “Black coffee?” “Yes just a black coffee” “Okay let me check” *leaves for 30s* “That was a black coffee?” “Yes one black coffee” “okay one black coffee” “Yes that’s all I want” “Okay one black coffee, pull up” it takes so long to order a single item. And the staff are always super rushed, shoving drinks at me and telling me to leave before I even get the chance to put my food down. They sometimes charge me for the wrong order without asking me for my order first and then get pissy when they have to refund me. The lady at the window today gave me a death glare for 10 seconds straight, staring me in the eyes angrily and not moving the machine after she charged me for the person behind me’s order. Really rude staff in general. Sometimes I come in before work only to stand at the front counter for 15 minutes while staff come and clock out, look at me, and then walk out of the store or ignore me. It’s unbelievable.
Am regular customer of this Tim Hortons morning staff is very good but night shift i had a worst experience. There is a one lady everyday in Night shift she don’t know how to talk with customers .
Very poor service. Waited in an empty store for fifteen minutes. three employees walked by us multiple times completely ignoring us for the drive thru. Wasn't able to place an order because they never acknowledged us once. Embarrassingly poor service.
