Tim Hortons

Wanted a dozen old fashioned glazed donuts and they made them fresh for me. Still warm and gooey when I got them the 5 min ride home. Thanks guys. Very enjoyable breakfast.

I never write bad reviews. Ever. And it pains me to, but for the past four months, this Tim Hortons messes up my order every. single. time. They either forget something I ordered, or they think I ordered something extra I didn't, or they mess up the thing I had ordered. I'm not sure how. I speak very clearly and allow them time to write down what I'm saying. For example, I ordered two farmers wraps and two coffees, and the woman only brought out one. She said she forgot to write down the second one and I would have to pay and wait another 5 mins. Today, a different woman thought I ordered three veggie wraps, one with sausage, when I ordered two. I'm honestly not sure how they make these very simple mistakes, but the Derby Tim Hortons never makes this mistake. Everybody makes mistakes, but for this to happen every time is unacceptable.

It's a good place to sit down and talk, use your computer,read a book have a coffee n a pastry (donuts,muffins,bagel,etc.)

Great location, fast and efficient service, even when the lines are longer during the morning rush hour. Tim Hortons outnumbers any other coffee chain in the area by at least a 10-to-1 ratio, but thankfully they know what they are doing.

they are always out of what ask for never get what ask for and always have to ask for a dome lid again at the window because it is to hard to put them on the first time. When I ask for no blueberry tim bits always get extra blueberry tim bits what a classic move.
