On the way back to Montreal we went for two iced cappuccinos with a shot of vanilla and ONE cheddar bagel and cream cheese. It took about 30-40 minutes just to get one bagel because they forgot about the order. To top it off it came burnt... They have a lot of employees standing around but nobody seems to know what they're doing and they argue with the customers.
Poor drive through service , very rude over the intercom, always rushing you to make your order , and one time I walked in hoping service would be better in person and it was worst , as I walked to the counter and was asked what I was ordering , I started to order and she walked away and waited 5 mins or more to order two coffees and waiting ten mins for them and also they were wrong and decided to get my money back and now go to McDonald's for coffee and other food services as they are more friendly and better service and aren't rude if your only English. New review Aug 18th , just got two ice caps withy friends and they are very soupy , gross and one was dropped , barely any communication with the employees to ask to fix or get new ones as these were very poorly made , they barely understand English to correct the issues when serving items to customers , I tryed to give this location q second chance but nothing has changed and going to McDonald's for any service.
I tried to purchase lunch staff was shouting and having a blast while I Nd the gentleman in front of me stand waiting with no one acknowledging we were even there after 15 min. I said loud enough to a staffer is anyone going to serve us. Nothing was my response. The gentleman who was there in front if me just left after another 5 minutes I left. This has been the same experience I have faced at least 5 times this year but when you are near a Tim’s normally you think good service which is the norm. BUT NOT THIS ONE. Drive through is your best bet you may be gone after 15 minutes with your food.
Absolutely worst Tim hortons I've ever been to. They consistently get your order wrong. If you don't speak French they will barely even talk to you, and when you walk inside it takes atleast 10 minutes to just get a coffee, plus they forget about items constantly and you have to try to convince them you are still waiting for something.Food: 2/5
This has to be the worst tim Hortons I've ever been to..ever.. they will screw up your basic straight off the menu orders 8 out of 10 times. then you will be belittled in front of the entire store when you try to get what you actually ordered. Mgmt of this place is a joke and I will never be back. Would give zero stars if it were possible
Tim's is not the fastest food service place on the planet, but this one is ridiculous! Waited in side as 2nd in line for 10 minutes while about 8 staff milled around doing something, but nothing that seemed to serve customers. The drive thru window seemed to be doing OK. I finally gave up and left, but noticed the drive up line was short, so joined it. I was 5th in the drive thru line. Then I noticed there was no place to make my order before I got to the delivery window! Sure enough, I couldn't get my coffee, because I had not seen the order location. It appears to be about 50 feet beyond the drive thru entrance, and probably only known about by locals. Never seen anything like this! I guess they are so slow in filling orders, they had to keep moving the order location further away so they could process them. If you are not feeling very hungry, I would strongly suggest ordering on the app, preferably a day before actually wanting the order! The worst service I have ever seen, and that is saying something when you are talking about Tim Horton's.
Very disappointed. I ordered a latte that tasted like the machine is never cleaned and a 4 cheese bagel which they didn’t have anyway so i got a sesame with cream cheese and this is how they made my bagel. There’s 1 corner with cream cheese on it…
A whole week, going there to get my morning coffee, just to be told they don't have Splenda !!!! I'm diabetic, I'm not asking for spenda for fun or because I'm on a diet, sugar is poison for me !!!! Like a whole week without it is just unacceptable, especially that they are less than à minutes awaynfrom à grocery store, à manager could have gone and pick up a box or 2 while they wait for their delivery. Nope they prefer to just let you get a coffee without what you ask for in it.... I'm just so frustrated on their poor service....
People working there barely acknowledge your presence. Had to stop to use to rest room, it was so dirty and disgusting I thought about not going at all. Got a coffee anyway not sure why. The flors and counter tops were just as bad. Never going there again.Food: 1/5
VERY RUDE BUNCH OF PEOPLE WORKING HERE. NO RESPECT WHEN I ASK TO PLEASE LOWER YOUR VOICES SO I CAN ENJOY MY MEAL. VERY BACKFLASHING AND DONT CARE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER APPRECIATION. MINUS 5 STARS.
