I’ve tried ordering from the app on 3 different occasions from this location and it has gone poorly each time. The staff need better training. It’s not their fault…they just don’t know what they’re doing.
Ordered egg and cheese on English muffin, told just egg and cheese. We got our sandwiches with patties on it. Went back to get new one crew took out patty and gave back, I work in a restaurant. Customer service is first priority. But this tim Hortons is one of the worst in North America. You people grow up and get trained properly. Talking rude to customers don’t take you anywhere. I left my food at the counter itself and paid full amount.
I live local now to this tim Hortons and honestly it’s so terrible. Rarely have food available and specially at night the boys on shift are insanely rude. I’m not a person to complain but it takes me back how bad it is and the manager and or owner really needs to get a grip on this place.
This is the worst tim hortons ever. Drive through is never open, they shut down all the time very unreliable. Half the time i get eggs from there they are green. Order is constantly wrong, no one there has any training, food is never consistent. Truely a disgrace whoever manages this tim hortons
Worst service and the way they speak to the customers is very rude. The inside staff is rediculous. The drinks are the worst I have evr had. I had a steep tea which tastes like just cream.
We ordered three egg and cheese on a biscuit . We didn't asked for the Pattie. And the lady who is making that, is very rude and gave them with the patties. And they didnt even refund. Very rude staff. Worst Tim's ever.
Not the best at making themselves look closed. April 25th, observed MULTIPLE vehicles attempt the drive thru... drive thru window has hours posted from before COVID-19 10pm close & a small piece of paper stating new hours. Drive thru is still lit up and signs are on. No staff..

They got slammed this past weekend due to the festival which is why so many complaints. When i was there also during this time they were out of a lot of things but communicated clearly and were very friendly and apologetic
Typical gas station Tim Hortons, perfect for stopping for gas, snacks, and a coffee. Not a standalone location, so the bathrooms are what you’d expect from one of these joints. Would stop again next time I’m heading this way.
