Super disappointed and disgusted with this Tim Hortons. Let me tell you 3 reasons why. 1. There were flys hovering over the limited donuts that they had out. I’ve attached pictures 2. Our cashier, Ms Mcayla not sure if she gave me her correct name, but she also happened to get captured in the pictures I’ve added of the donuts.. Anyways - so Ms Mcayla had very bad attitude with us. Super rude and sarcastic behavior. Probably one of the ONLY Tim Hortons in which I’ve seen bad customer service. And last but not the least 3. Awfully slow service - urgency could’ve been shown by the staff but they didn’t seem to care. Wouldn’t recommend but limited options.
These places are so busy. Never enough staff. Line ups are so long and move so slow it is surprising people hang around. But having no other choice. Now they have us lining up at kiosks to place our own orders then back in line to wait for the same slow, could care less attitude people to now look after two lines. I could go on but that would involve all the businesses except the onmarket which works well as a store if you can afford to buy anything there!!! Just my opinion
There is a Subway & an A & W there as well but were closed on a Thursday afternoon. This left no options but Tims. Service was slow even though loved fully staffed. The food was yuck, cold, rubbery and the coffee was awful. Will avoid if possible.Food: 1/5
What a worst customer service Tim member Joan. We understand no one wants to work in the night time especially if it’s long weekend. However try to understand that anyone is looking for coffee in middle of night all they want is good coffee and good greeting. This experience failed both. Never ever stopping at this Tim Horton. If you are driving for long night you better of without coffee then this coffee. Trust me.
After a 20 mins. waiting on the line, bought a steep tea started drinking right away in front of Tim's but steep tea wasn't hot, And the customer service extremely slow. Management needs to take some actions to improve fastest service a bit. Thank you.
I went on a Sunday lunch they only had 4 ppl working took almost an hour and they had to do transition just 4 crew on highway restaurants is unacceptable..the customers that come there are traveling long distance!! Worst experience with the wait times . But the staff was amazing!! They were doing there best !!!!
Day after Labour Day Monday, three people working the counter, one is a trainee on Day One. There is one cash register open. A twenty-five minutes wait for coffee ensues. Meanwhile four other TH employees, dressed in their work uniforms are moving around in the back room, puttering around, wiping surfaces or walking in and out of the office. I'd have assumed that this was an "all hands on Deck" moment in customer service, but perhaps not at the Mallorytown On Route.
Short staffed like everywhere else in the service industry. My low rating is due to not making coffee ordered correctly and not filling the cups up paid for a large & got maybe a medium at best. Then having to wait in line for another 15 minutes to have my coffee made correctly.
They do not make Egg & Cheese on Croissant where everywhere else, they do it but this specific Tim Hortons dont. The 2 girls behind the counter decided to implement their own rules , very disappointed Parking: Lots of parking in On route Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access
The barista, Svenna was rude. She got our order wrong. And after pay for it we waited so long and then when we asked why, she spoke rudely and went inside. Then her colleagues helped us. It was totally unprofessional and unkind.
